Trisil contains the active ingredient Aluminum hydroxide and Magnesium Trisilicate. Trisil is used to treat the symptoms of too much stomach acid such as heartburn, and acid indigestion. Aluminum and magnesium antacids work quickly to lower the acid in the stomach. Liquid antacids usually work faster/better than tablets or capsules.this medication works only on existing acid in the stomach. It does not prevent acid production. 

This product is used to relieve symptoms of extra gas such as belching, bloating, and feelings of pressure/discomfort in the stomach/gut. Simethicone helps break up gas bubbles in the gut. Check the ingredients on the label even if you have used the product before.

• Trisil Tablet is helpful to control, prevent, and improve the following diseases, conditions, and symptoms like heartburn, Peptic ulcer pain, Heartburn, Stomach acid, sour stomach, painful pressure, hiccups and swelling in the abdomen. 
• Trisil works by neutralizing the acid in the stomach, acid released in the stomach, acting on the inner lining of the intestine and allowing all the gas bubbles to come together. 

• If you are pregnant, might become pregnant, or think you may be pregnant or breast-feeding or planning to breast-feed, notify your doctor or a pharmacist at  Pharmacy before using this product.

Q: How do you take magnesium trisilicate?
Adult dose: Tablet form can take 1 to 2 tablets that need to be chewed before consumed and can be taken up to 6 times daily before food. Liquid form  15 ml or 1 tablespoon can be taken up to 6 times daily before food.

Q: Can I take magnesium trisilicate on an empty stomach?
