  • It can be taken with or without food. Follow the advice of a doctor or medical professional.

  • Taking MAO inhibitors with this mirtazapine may cause a serious (possibly fatal) drug interaction. 
  • Refrain taking MAO inhibitors (isocarboxazid, linezolid, metaxalone, methylene blue, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, rasagiline, safinamide, selegiline, tranylcypromine) during treatment with this medication.
