Recommended Dosage

Children (2 years and older): 10 mL, 2x daily.

Adults & adolescents: 20 mL 2x daily.

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to montelukast, salbutamol, or any of the other ingredients.
  • Tell your doctor if you have any other medical conditions, especially heart problems, diabetes, or seizures.
  • This medicine may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.

  • Phenytoin: Costa Pro can decrease the levels of phenytoin in the blood, which can make phenytoin less effective.
  • St. John's wort: can decrease the effects of Costa Pro, which can make Costa Pro less effective.
