Reltus syrup is a cough expectorant used for the treatment of cough and allergies. Reltus syrup helps alleviate allergy symptoms like rash, itching, sneezing, runny nose, coughing, and watery eyes. It functions by preventing the body's natural production of histamine and acetylcholine, which cause allergic reaction symptoms. Apart from its three main ingredients, Ammonium Chloride, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, and Phenylephrine, Reltus syrup also contains honey which is a natural cough suppressant.
