Ringolact Inf 1000ml is used as the primary treatment for severe diarrhea and vomiting. The World Health Organization recommends it for rehydrating patients of all ages with severe dehydration caused by diarrhea.

 It has also been suggested by physicians to treat Trauma and burns.

 Ringolact inf 1000 ml was used to prevent and replenish extracellular fluid pre-, intra, and post-surgery.

Ringolact inf 1000 ml is commonly used to treat infants and newborns to maintain an open vein. 

• Ringolact should be administered in a bolus dose of 20-30 ml for initial therapy in severe cases of diarrhea and vomiting.
• The suggested dose is 50% of the amount within the first 8 hours post-burn and the remaining balance over the next 16 hours.
• For every 1ml of blood loss, 3ml of Lactated Ringer's Injection is required for fluid resuscitation.
• Extensive care is required in patients with heart failure, severe liver damage, or restricted salt intake due to the solution's sodium chloride and sodium lactate content (6.0 and 3.1 grams/Liter, respectively).
• This balanced salt solution is rapidly cleared from the bloodstream when renal function and blood flow are normal. Approximately 25% of the solution is retained in the ECF upon infusion.
