Systemic fungal infection, hypersensitivity to methylprednisolone, live vaccine administration, uncontrolled infections

NSAIDs → ↑ GI bleeding risk Anticoagulants (warfarin) → altered INR Antidiabetics → reduced effect Diuretics → hypokalemia risk Rifampicin → ↓ steroid effect Phenytoin → ↓ effectiveness
