Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
May increase risk of suicidal thoughts in young patients, cause withdrawal symptoms if stopped abruptly, and lead to sexual dysfunction or weight changes.
Avoid If:
MAOI use within 14 days, hypersensitivity to paroxetine, or uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma.
Interactions:
Other SSRIs/SNRIs, MAO inhibitors, NSAIDs, anticoagulants, and alcohol may increase risk of side effects or bleeding.
