Can I use Auto-Refill for prescription medicines?
Yes — for chronic Rx items we keep your latest prescription on file and our pharmacist will contact you 14 days before it expires to arrange a renewal with your doctor.
How do I skip, pause or cancel?
Open My Orders → Auto-Refill. You can skip the next delivery, pause for up to 60 days, change the cadence or pack size, or cancel — all in two clicks. No phone calls.
When is my card charged?
24 hours before each shipment. You'll receive an SMS reminder so you have time to skip if needed.
Is the price locked in?
Your discount % is locked. If the retail price changes, you'll always pay the lower of the two prices.
