How is this different from Auto-Refill & Save?
Same auto-delivery engine. Chronic Refill Plans add pharmacist verification on every cycle, doctor-coordinated Rx renewal before expiry, and adherence reminders — designed specifically for long-term prescription medicines.
Do I need a fresh prescription every time?
No. We keep your current prescription on file and use it for refills until it expires. About 14 days before expiry, our pharmacist contacts your doctor to renew — you don't need to do anything.
What if my doctor changes my dose?
Tell us via WhatsApp or update it in My Orders → Subscriptions. The next delivery uses the new dose. We'll re-verify the prescription if the molecule changes.
Is there a fee or commitment?
No fee, no minimum term. Cancel any time before the next dispatch. You only pay for the medicines.
What about narcotics or controlled substances?
Schedule G/H controlled medicines aren't eligible for auto-refill in Pakistan — they require a fresh, in-person prescription each cycle. We'll flag these at sign-up.
