Opened the first Fazal Din pharmacy on Mall Road, Lahore in 1947 — founded on a simple promise: sell only medicines you'd give your own family.
Mumtaz A. Sheikh
Grew a single pharmacy into a national healthcare group — manufacturing, distribution, medical equipment and the Fazal Din & Sons retail chain.
Kabir A. Sheikh
Co-built the modern Fazal Din group — the joint venture with Schering AG (Germany) and medical device partnerships with Toshiba and Canon Medical that brought world-class healthcare to Pakistan.

Founded in partnership with Howards of Ilford and Stafford Allen — one of Pakistan's earliest organised pharmaceutical manufacturing ventures.
