What is the usual dosage of Aclasta infusion 5mg?
The usual adult dose for osteoporosis is 5mg intravenously once yearly, infused over at least 15 minutes. For Paget's disease, the usual dose is also 5mg as a single infusion, with repeat treatment determined by a specialist. Kidney function, calcium, and vitamin D status should be checked beforehand. Do not self-administer.
