Treatment of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (WHO Group 1 PAH)
Also Used For:
Digital ulcers in systemic sclerosis (off-label in some settings)

Hepatotoxicity risk, anemia, teratogenicity, requires regular liver function monitoring
