Common side effects
Neurological/Movement: Headache, dizziness, drowsiness/sleepiness, tiredness, restlessness (akathisia), or tremors/twitching/uncontrollable muscle movements (extrapyramidal symptoms). Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, constipation, or dry mouth. Physical: Weight gain, increased appetite, blurred vision, rash, back or joint pain, and increased saliva production. Hormonal: Breast enlargement or discharge (in both men and women), or missed/irregular menstrual periods due to increased prolactin levels. Mental Health: Agitation, anxiety, or difficulty sleeping.
