Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
May cause dizziness or fainting, especially after the first dose (“first-dose effect”) Can lead to low blood pressure when standing up (postural hypotension) May cause sleepiness or weakness Use caution when driving or standing quickly Can cause swelling (ankles/feet) in some patients
Avoid If:
