Warnings:
Allergy to cephalosporins/penicillins, risk of antibiotic resistance, C. difficile-associated diarrhea

• Warfarin (↑ INR/bleeding risk) • Carbamazepine (possible ↑ levels) • Probenecid (↑ cefixime concentration) • Live vaccines (reduced effectiveness) • Antacids (may reduce absorption slightly)
