↑ risk of cardiovascular events, GI bleeding, renal impairment, hypersensitivity reactions

Warfarin – ↑ bleeding risk ACE inhibitors – reduced antihypertensive effect Diuretics – reduced efficacy, renal risk Lithium – ↑ lithium levels Other NSAIDs – ↑ GI/cardiac toxicity
