Warnings & interactions

Warnings:

Increased risk of infections, malignancy (lymphoma/skin cancer), bone marrow suppression, teratogenic (severe fetal harm)

Avoid If:

Pregnancy, active severe infections, hypersensitivity to mycophenolate or formulation components

Interactions:

Antacids (Mg/Al ↓ absorption), cholestyramine (↓ levels), acyclovir/ganciclovir (↑ toxicity risk), azathioprine (additive suppression), live vaccines (contraindicated), probenecid (↑ exposure)
