Avoid If:
Allergy to clomipramine or other tricyclic antidepressants. Recent heart attack or certain serious heart rhythm disorders.
Interactions:
Clomfranil may interact with: MAO inhibitors (e.g., phenelzine, selegiline): may cause serious reactions. SSRIs/SNRIs and other antidepressants: may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome.
