Warnings & interactions

Warnings:

Not for sudden asthma attacks (use a rescue inhaler instead) May cause fast heartbeat, tremors, or nervousness Can increase risk of oral fungal infection (thrush) if mouth is not rinsed after use Long-term use may rarely affect bone strength or immunity (steroid effect) Use regularly; stopping suddenly may worsen symptoms

Avoid If:

You are allergic to budesonide or formoterol You have severe acute asthma attack (emergency condition) You have untreated or severe heart rhythm disorders You are using similar long-acting beta-agonist inhalers (duplication risk)
