Covam Plus 10/160/25 Tab 28s

Covam Plus 10/160/25 mg is a fixed-dose combination antihypertensive tablet containing Amlodipine, Valsartan, and Hydrochlorothiazide. It is used for the management of moderate to severe hypertension, especially in patients not adequately controlled on single or dual therapy. The drug works through a triple mechanism: amlodipine relaxes blood vessels, valsartan blocks angiotensin II–mediated vasoconstriction, and hydrochlorothiazide reduces blood volume by increasing salt and water excretion. Together, these actions effectively lower blood pressure and help reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications such as stroke and heart attack.
