• Local Reactions: Transient pain, redness, or swelling at the intramuscular injection or IV site.Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or mild stomach upset.Dermatological: Mild skin rashes or itching.

Rare but serious — seek help immediately

• Anaphylaxis: Sudden, severe allergic shock leading to respiratory distress, facial/throat swelling, and a dangerous drop in blood pressure.Pseudomembranous Colitis (C. diff): Severe, persistent, or bloody diarrhea caused by an imbalance of gut bacteria.Blood Abnormalities: Rare immune-mediated drops in blood counts, such as neutropenia or thrombocytopenia (low blood platelets).Renal Toxicity: Transient kidney impairment, particularly if paired with high doses of other kidney-heavy drugs
