Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
May increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, and high blood pressure, particularly with prolonged use or higher doses. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest appropriate duration. Use caution in patients with heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney or liver problems. Stop and seek medical attention if signs of a serious allergic reaction or severe skin reaction occur. May cause fluid retention and swelling.
Avoid If:
Allergy to etoricoxib or other NSAIDs. Active stomach or intestinal ulcer or bleeding. Serious liver or kidney disease. Uncontrolled high blood pressure.
