Uses
Primary Use:
Treatment and prevention of Vitamin E deficiency.
Also Used For:
Muscle cramps, skin health, hair health, neuropathy, fertility support, chronic cholestasis, intermittent claudication (as advised by a doctor).
Who May Benefit:
People with poor Vitamin E absorption, nutritional deficiencies, chronic liver disorders, or increased oxidative stress.
Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
High doses may increase bleeding risk. Use cautiously in pregnancy, liver disease, bleeding disorders, and while taking blood thinners.
Avoid If:
Allergy to Vitamin E, active bleeding disorders, severe Vitamin K deficiency, or unless advised by a physician when taking anticoagulants.
Interactions:
Warfarin, Aspirin, Clopidogrel, other blood thinners → increased bleeding risk. Avoid combining with high-dose antioxidant supplements unless advised.
