Avoid If:
Pregnancy, allergy to ingredients, severe liver disease, severe kidney impairment (unless advised by doctor).
Interactions:
NSAIDs, lithium, potassium supplements, other BP medicines, diuretics, alcohol.

Nasopharyngitis, Hypokalemia, Fatigue, Anorexia, Palpitations., Dizziness, headache, fatigue, swelling of ankles/feet, flushing, increased urination, nausea.
