Warnings:
Risk of hypotension, kidney function changes, hyperkalemia (due to Valsartan), peripheral edema (due to Amlodipine)
Avoid If:
Pregnancy, severe hepatic impairment, hypersensitivity, bilateral renal artery stenosis
Interactions:
Diuretics → increased hypotension risk NSAIDs → reduced antihypertensive effect Potassium supplements → hyperkalemia risk Lithium → increased toxicity risk Other antihypertensives → additive BP lowering
