Risk of hypotension, kidney function changes, hyperkalemia, avoid in pregnancy
Avoid If:
Pregnancy, severe hepatic impairment, bilateral renal artery stenosis, hypersensitivity to losartan
Interactions:
NSAIDs ↓effect; potassium supplements ↑hyperkalemia; ACE inhibitors ↑renal risk; lithium ↑toxicity; diuretics ↑hypotension
