Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
May cause sleepiness and slow breathing. Avoid alcohol, driving if drowsy, and combining it with sedatives unless medically directed. Do not take other paracetamol-containing products without checking the total dose. Codeine can cause dependence and is not suitable for everyone.
Avoid If:
You have serious breathing problems, an allergy to any ingredient, or are taking certain sedatives without medical supervision. It is not appropriate for children under 12 and should generally be avoided during breastfeeding.
Interactions:
Alcohol, opioids, sleeping tablets, benzodiazepines, sedating antihistamines, and other paracetamol-containing medicines may cause harmful interactions.
