How should I take this medication?
Shake the bottle gently before each use. Blow your nose gently to clear your nostrils. Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright. Tilt your head slightly forward (do not tilt far back). Place the nozzle into one nostril and close the other nostril with your finger.

Interactions:
Flixonase has few interactions because it acts mainly in the nose, but inform your doctor if you take: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, cobicistat, ketoconazole, some antifungal medicines), as they may increase steroid exposure.
