Warnings & interactions

Warnings:

Regular monitoring of liver function is recommended. May cause gynecomastia (breast enlargement), liver problems, and sexual dysfunction. Do not use in women or children.

Avoid If:

Known allergy to bicalutamide or any component of the formulation. Contraindicated in women and pediatric patients.

Interactions:

Warfarin, cyclosporine, calcium-channel blockers, and other drugs metabolized by the liver may interact with bicalutamide.
