Traveler’s diarrhea, chronic diarrhea (under medical supervision).

Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
Not for use in bloody diarrhea, fever with infection, or suspected bacterial dysentery. Overuse may cause constipation or bowel slowing.

Severe abdominal infection, acute colitis, or hypersensitivity to loperamide.
Interactions:
Opioids, ritonavir, quinidine, and other drugs affecting gut motility may increase side effects.
