Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
For external use only. Ketoprofen can cause photosensitivity; protect the treated area from sunlight/UV during treatment and for the recommended period afterward. Do not apply to damaged, infected, or irritated skin. Avoid covering with an airtight/occlusive dressing unless specifically instructed. Wash hands after application.
Avoid If:
Allergy to ketoprofen, aspirin, or other NSAIDs Previous NSAID-related asthma or allergic reaction Broken or infected skin Known photosensitivity reactions to ketoprofen or similar medicines Pregnancy, particularly during the third trimester, unless specifically prescribed
Interactions:
Use cautiously with other NSAIDs, aspirin, anticoagulants, and medicines that increase bleeding risk, particularly if used extensively or for prolonged periods
