Common side effects

• Agranulocytosis: A rare but critical drop in white blood cells. Symptoms include a sudden high fever, severe chills, a sore throat, and painful mouth or throat ulcers.Severe Hypotension: A sharp, dangerous drop in blood pressure, especially if the injection is pushed into the vein too quickly.
