Irritable Bowel Syndrome (selected cases) Nausea and vomiting Anxiety or depressive symptoms in some patients (typically under specialist supervision) Certain psychiatric conditions at different doses and formulations.

Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
May cause drowsiness, dizziness, and reduced alertness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you. May lower blood pressure, causing lightheadedness when standing.
Avoid If:
Allergic to levosulpiride. History of epilepsy/seizure disorders.
Interactions:
Alcohol (increases drowsiness and dizziness). Other antipsychotic medications.
