Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
Do not stop suddenly. May cause bradycardia, hypotension, fatigue, and can mask hypoglycemia in diabetics.
Avoid If:
Severe bradycardia, heart block, cardiogenic shock, or hypersensitivity to beta-blockers.
Interactions:
Calcium channel blockers (verapamil/diltiazem), insulin/diabetes drugs, digoxin, antiarrhythmics, and alcohol may increase effects or risks.
