Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
Neuxam (Alprazolam) can cause drowsiness, dizziness, slowed reaction time, and poor concentration. Avoid driving or operating machinery. May cause dependence, tolerance, and addiction if used for long periods or at higher doses. Do not stop suddenly after regular use—this can cause withdrawal symptoms (rebound anxiety, insomnia, agitation, seizures in severe cases). Alcohol greatly increases sedation and breathing risk. Use with caution in elderly patients due to fall risk.
Avoid If:
