GERD, nausea/vomiting, irritable bowel syndrome (selected cases), anxiety with somatic symptoms

Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
Risk of hyperprolactinemia, extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS), sedation, QT prolongation, avoid long-term unsupervised use
Avoid If:
Pregnancy (unless advised), epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, prolactin-dependent tumors, severe depression with psychosis risk, GI obstruction
Interactions:
• Anticholinergics → reduced prokinetic effect • CNS depressants → increased sedation • Levodopa → antagonistic effect • Antipsychotics → increased EPS risk • QT-prolonging drugs → arrhythmia risk
