Warnings & interactions

Warnings:

Use cautiously in patients with kidney stones, hypercalcemia, severe kidney disease, or excessive vitamin D intake. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Avoid If:

Hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, severe renal impairment, or allergy to any ingredient.

Interactions:

May interact with levothyroxine, tetracycline antibiotics, quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates, iron supplements, and certain diuretics. Separate doses by several hours when necessary.
