Primary Use:
Treatment of chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.
Also Used For:
Patients with compensated cirrhosis; sometimes with ribavirin in decompensated cirrhosis.

Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
Risk of hepatitis B reactivation; use cautiously in liver disease and with interacting medicines.
Avoid If:
Allergy to Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, or any component; avoid self-medication.
Interactions:
Amiodarone, rifampicin, carbamazepine, phenytoin, St. John's Wort, antacids/PPIs.
