What should I avoid while taking this medicine?
Alcohol: Avoid it because it can increase drowsiness. Driving if sleepy: Cetirizine can cause drowsiness or slower reactions. Avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Sedating medicines: Sleeping pills, sedatives, opioid painkillers, and some other antihistamines can increase sleepiness when combined with cetirizine.
