Interactions:
MAO inhibitors: Risk of serotonin syndrome (contraindicated). NSAIDs/aspirin: Increased bleeding risk. Tramadol: Increased risk of serotonin syndrome. Other SSRIs/SNRIs: Additive serotonin toxicity. Alcohol: Increased CNS side effects (drowsiness, impairment).
