Malera dry suspension is interacted with other different medicines like Erythromycin, Quinidine, Chlorpromazine, Ciprofloxacin, Quetiapine, Terfenadine, Doxorubicin, Doxepin, Azithromycin, Citalopram, and Duloxetine. 

Malera dry suspension should be taken with food. A proper prescription is required for its usage.  Malera dry suspension may cause sleepiness. It should be stored at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight.

  • Malera dry suspension is used to treat acute uncomplicated malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum strain of the parasite.
  •  It is also used for the treatment of malaria that is resistant to other medicines such as chloroquine or sulphadoxine-pyrimethamine combinations.
  • It should be kept away from the reach of children for their safety.
  • A proper prescription is required for its usage.
