  • This cream should not be used in patients with seizure disorders as its highly absorbent. 
  • Incase of  open wounds or sores or are allergic to the salt. Avoid using the cream. 
  • Elderly persons may be more sensitive to the effects of this medication and a dose reduction may be required.
  • Pregnant women should not be treated more than twice during the pregnancy.
  • This medicine should not be used in neonates, infants 2 years old and younger because of the possibility of high systemic absorption. 
  • Children 10 years old and younger also should be treated cautiously with Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm because of an increased potential for toxicity.
  • Keep out of the reach of children, do not swallow it. 
  • External use only.
